Presenter Abby Wynne is a mother, a spiritual teacher, a psychotherapist, an energy healer and an author. She has a Masters degree in science and worked for 10 years in adult education before moving into full-time healing work.

Abby blends Psychotherapy, Shamanism and Reiki for a powerful and unique healing experience encompassing mind, body and soul.

2-Year Diploma in Parent Mentoring, Level 7, commencing at ICPPD Athlone 25th September 2012

ICPPD has introduced this National Association for Pastoral Counselling and Psychotherapy (NAPCP)- accredited programme to up-skill those who have already completed a counselling/psychotherapy qualification, but who do not hold the necessary personal development and practical skill-set (or confidence) required for progression towards professional body accreditation

ICPPD programmes accredited by Professional Body NAPCP. "This is great news for all our trainee counsellors and adult learners and a timely validation to this 'young' college" says President Tom Moran.

ICPPD are offering an 8 week Movement and Relaxation Class

Enjoy an hour of free movement/dance to specific music that enhances well-being and then relax to medation and mindfulness and stress management exercises.

A different techinique every week.

ICPPD presents a free one day workshop on the theme of Positivity on Saturday 2nd July 2011.

This Workshop is kindly sponsored by Daffodil Care Service.

Positivity is about having the choice and power to change the way we think. We all can often think critically or even negatively out of habit, whereas positive thoughts make people feel good.

The workshop helps participants to recognise unhelpful patterns of thinking and change them to more positive ones by learning to observe thoughts. The resulting positivity and optimism brings benefits not only to oneself, but to those that we interact with on a daily basis, both at home and in the workplace.
